Some History about the UFO Presence

En 1942 se empieza a sentir la presencia OVNI en el territorio norteamericano y en otras partes del mundo como URSS, pero debido a su hermetismo político no se conoce hasta muchos años posteriores.

El presidente Roosevelt es notificado al respecto a través del General Marshall, por lo que se queda preocupado ya que estaban en plena Segunda Guerra Mundial y el hecho de que unas naves enemigas hayan evitado el ejército más poderoso del mundo y hayan entrado fácilmente a su espacio aéreo era de gran inquietud para su gobierno. No obstante, hasta el momento no habían atacado y no se habían hecho notar públicamente.

Es entonces, que Robert M. Wood, Licenciado en Ciencias de Ingeniería Aeronáutica de la Universidad de Colorado y un Doctorado en Física, trabajaba con un OVNI estrellado en 1942, junto a Vannevar Bush, pero requerían de más dinero para investigar sobre su funcionamiento a través de ingeniería inversa, retrocediendo desde el todo a lo más básico en este caso una nave espacial.

En 1944, Vannevar Bush pide ayuda al presidente Roosevelt para el financiamiento de la investigación, pero este se la negó ya que en plena Segunda Guerra Mundial se requería de todos los fondos disponibles para eliminar la amenaza nazi. La Segunda Guerra Mundial concluye ante la rendición de Japón a raíz de un bombardeo atómico.  Hasta la fecha estos constituyen los únicos ataques nucleares de la historia.

Terminada la guerra, dos años después, fue a ver el entonces presidente Harry Truman, quien desconocía de esto de los OVNIS, y lo lleva a que lo viera de primera mano, quedando impresionado y permite fluir el dinero para continuar con la investigación. La guerra termina en 1945 y en 1947 fue el incidente Roswell, por lo que se cree que lo que el presidente presenció  fue esta nave y posiblemente los restos de algunos alienígenas. A principio de julio de 1947, fue el comienzo de la Era Ufológica debido al incidente Roswell.

Un granjero encontró en Roswell, Nuevo México, los supuestos restos de un OVNI. El hallazgo tuvo lugar el 2 de julio de 1947 en un rancho de nuevo México. Existe un sinnúmero de misterio y especulaciones donde emergieron teorías conspiratorias y sobrenaturales. El evento se relaciona con un OVNI que se estrella y estaba tripulado por unas extrañas criaturas. El ejército norteamericano guardó silencio desde el principio, solamente una vaga explicación basada en pruebas con globos aerostáticos. Los ufólogos no se convencieron de tal versión y finalmente hubo una explicación oficial de que se trataba de unos globos meteorológicos con un sistema de detección acústica  de baja frecuencia cuyo propósito era espiar a URSS, en plena guerra fría.

Pasados 15 años vuelven a cambiar su versión de espionaje y alegan eran globos cuyo propósito era aprender cómo mejorar la recepción de astronautas en tierra. Pero hubo una incongruencia con las fechas ya que dijeron que comenzaron dichas pruebas en 1953 y el siniestro ocurrió en 1947. Para salvar esta incongruencia los militares alegaron que los testigos olvidan las fechas.

En el 1952, entre el 19 y 20 de julio, a las once y cuarenta y cinco de la noche, el radar del Aeropuerto Reagan de Washington emite una alerta de siete ecos no identificados y los objetos eran visibles a simple vista. El movimiento de estos artefactos era radicalmente opuesto a los aviones normales. Después, aparecen hasta diez ecos en formación.

Esa noche los objetos voladores sobrevolaron Washington, muy cerca del Capitolio y de la Casa Blanca. Cuando dos de esos ecos se salieron de la formación y se situaron cercanos a la Casa Blanca, el Comando de defensa Antiaérea dio alerta roja, dando orden de scramble, lo que significa que se ordena a aviones de combate militar a identificar intrusos en el espacio aéreo. Al llegar varios F-14 a la zona ya los OVNIS habían desaparecido, y cuando ya estaban de regreso a la Base, volvieron a aparecer las naves en los radares, a una velocidad de 11,500 Km por hora, todo esto a las cinco y media de la madrugada del 20 de julio de 1952.

Al apoderarse el pánico, el presidente Harry Truman emitió una orden de derribar las naves. Es en aquel momento que Albert Einstein, quien en aquel tiempo trabajaba para el gobierno, le aconsejó al presidente que revocara la orden porque sería un ataque contra la auto preservación humana. Entonces, el presidente revocó la orden. Para este tiempo existía lo que se conocía como Proyecto Libro Azul que fue creado en el seno de las fuerzas aéreas en 1952 para investigar OVNIS.

Por lo que días más tarde, el 29 de julio de 1952, el responsable del Proyecto Libro Azul, Edward Ruppelt niega que los radares interceptaron OVNIS. En dicho proyecto estaba el Dr. J. Allen Hynek, astrónomo, como consultor del mismo. Para entender las razones de dicha decisión hay que hablar un poco de lo que fue el Comité Robertson.

Cabe mencionar, que a la luz de todos estos avistamientos, la CIA había establecido un comité de científicos, meteorólogos, físicos, ingenieros y el astrónomo Hynek. Este comité estaba encabezado por el Dr. H. P. Robertson, un físico del Instituto de California. Este comité tenía poder sobre las decisiones relacionadas a las investigaciones OVNIS. Emitía juicios y determinaba el valor de las pruebas recopiladas.

Este comité se reunió por primera vez de forma oficial el 14 de enero de 1953. Ruppelt, Hynek y otros presentaron sus mejores pruebas recogidas en el Libro Azul, pero el comité Robertson concluyo que la mayor parte tenia explicación racional, desvalorizaron dichos trabajos e indicaron que se estaban sobrecargando los canales de inteligencia por lo que podía acentuarse el riesgo de omitir una supuesta amenaza real a E.U.

Se recomendó a la fuerza Aérea restar importancia al tema de OVNUS y emprender una campaña de desacreditación para disminuir el interés público, incluyendo medios de comunicación tal como la compañía Walt Disney, y a los psicólogos y astrónomos para ridiculizar el fenómeno y proponer explicaciones convencionales. E.U. interrumpió el Proyecto Libro azul en 1969 a raíz de críticas del Congreso por el rigor y validez de las investigaciones.

Determinaron que la mayoría eran malinterpretaciones de fenómenos naturales, solo unos 701 casos, o sea un 6%, fueron clasificados como inexplicables. Fueron archivados y están expuestos bajo la Ley de Libertad de Información, pero los nombres de testigos y otras informaciones personales han sido eliminados de los informes.

En el 2007 unos 14 científicos, unos pilotos, unos ex altos militares y unos funcionarios gubernamentales de 7 países pidieron a E.U. que reabra la investigación oficial sobre los OVNIS.

 

Análisis y Conclusión

Existen muchas preguntas en cuanto a las causas para tantos avistamientos en esas fechas, las razones por que ocurrieron mayormente en E.U. Además, de cuestionarse las razones por las cuales desde el evento Roswell se dispara una maquinaria en varios países para la investigación de este fenómeno. Todo esto nos lleva a pensar porque las cosas no se dan en un vacio.

Hay muchos otros casos de avistamientos, naves alienígenas estrelladas y la recuperación de los restos para su investigación. Pueden tener acceso a las diferentes referencias disponibles en este escrito y otras adicionales que provee el internet que pueden brindar mayor detalle y exactitud de los hechos relacionados al fenómeno OVNI. Las visitas OVNI ha habido siempre, si analizamos a los libros de historia, religiosos, jeroglíficos, etc. Se hace patente la existencia de estos seres.

El auge en cuanto a su presencia se debe ver no como una mera casualidad, ya que de acuerdo a la historia, estos avistamientos presentan una esencial diferencia a partir de la Segunda Guerra Mundial. La entrada de E.U. al conflicto bélico y sobre todo, la utilización  de la bomba atómica. Existe la teoría de que existen muchas razas, de un adelanto tecnológico, avanzados en el control de las fuerzas que rigen el universo, el espacio y el tiempo.

Se cree, inclusive, que fueron quienes nos crearon mediante modificaciones genéticas y que sus continuos avistamientos es simplemente vigilándonos, pero sin intervenir en nuestros asuntos. El fin de nuestra existencia, lo desconocemos, pero evidentemente estas razas no desean nuestra extinción. No obstante, cuando E.U. lanzó una bomba atómica fue peligroso y puede llevarnos a nuestra propia autodestrucción.

Ahí empezaron las constantes conspiraciones OVNI por todo el planeta y hacerse más visibles, evitando una destrucción mutua asegurada. Las razones pueden ser variadas, pero puede mencionarse el que el sistema monetario colapsaría, porque el dinero perdería su valor y por tanto los mercados caerían y así se generaría un caos en el gobierno. Las religiones y sus creencias caerían, por lo que los líderes religiosos perderían su poder y el sentido de su existencia. La forma en que adquirimos la energía cambiaría, donde actualmente es electricidad y petróleo y por tanto los mercados pierden su poder económico.

No existirían las fronteras ni las formas de gobierno.
