There are others who add that even, their watches soon stop working and have constant problems with computers. This phenomenon is known as “Phenomenon of Interference in the Public Lighting” or SLI (Streetlight Interference Phenomenon) and to those who present this condition as “Sliders”, a word coined by the paranormal investigator Hillary Evans. In the home of these people, there are problems with the volume of the television, it changes only the channel and makes strange noises: the bulbs last little, as well, the batteries of their cell phones. Most are unaware of the causes of what is happening to them or the cause of the problem.

Possible causes of the SLI phenomenon

This phenomenon is inexplicable, the SLI is not recognized by science. Given that it is spontaneous and there is no deliberate intention to create the phenomenon on its own.

However, an investigation by Princeton University revealed that the subconscious can affect electronic devices. Certain people can influence the electromagnetic field of a team. What some people have said is that this happens when they are in an extreme emotional state such as anger or stress.

Skeptics believe that it is only a failure of the lights, for its life cycle, or that it is simply because the sodium and mercury bulbs have a security system that regulates the temperature that light can reach and for that reason, they turn off until the temperature drops and another impulse turns them on again.

Hillary Evans contradicts these theories since they do not explain this phenomenon in computers, register machines, etc.

Hay otros que añaden que inclusive, sus relojes al poco tiempo dejan de funcionar y tener constantes  problemas con ordenadores. Este fenómeno es conocido como “Fenómeno de Interferencia en el Alumbrado público” o SLI ( Streetlight Interference Phenomenon) y a los que presentan esta condición como “Sliders”, una palabra acuñada por la investigadora paranormal Hillary Evans. En el hogar de estas personas se presentan problemas con el volumen del televisor, se cambia solo de canal y hace ruidos extraños: las bombillas duran poco, así también, las baterías de sus celulares. La mayoría desconocen las causas de lo que les está pasando o la causa del problema.

Causas posibles del fenómeno SLI

Este fenómeno resulta inexplicable, el SLI no es reconocido por la ciencia. Dado a que es espontáneo y no existe una deliberada intención para crear el fenómeno por sí solo.

Una teoría es que exista alguna relación con los impulsos electrónicos del cerebro. Los expertos reconocen que los pensamientos son resultado de impulsos electrónicos del cerebro. Lo único es que ellos entienden que solo su efecto es en el cuerpo del individuo, no fuera de éste, o sea como una especie de control remoto.

No obstante, una investigación de la Universidad de Princeton reveló que el subconsciente puede afectar los dispositivos electrónicos. Ciertas personas pueden influir en el campo electromagnético de un equipo. Esta y otras universidades están comenzando a explicar de forma científica algunos fenómenos como la percepción extrasensorial, telequinesis o el fenómeno SLI. Lo que algunas personas han manifestado es que ésto ocurre cuando están en un estado emocional extremo como ira o estrés.

Diversidad de Reacciones sobre SLI

Los escépticos creen que solo es un fallo de las luces, por su ciclo de vida, o que simplemente se debe a que las bombillas de sodio y de mercurio poseen  un sistema de seguridad que regulan la temperatura que la luz pueda alcanzar y por tal razón, se apagan hasta que la temperatura baja y otro impulso vuelve a encenderlas.

Hillary Evans contradice estas teorias ya que no explican este fenómeno en los oredenadores, maquinas registradoras, etc.

Las personas que presentan “SLI”, dentro de su asombro por el misterioso fenómeno, les resulta un gran alivio conocer que hay otros que también les pasa ésto. Los que han experimentado este fenómeno o conocen personas cercanas con SLI están completamente seguros que es una realidad y no una mera casualidad.
