Brief Introduction

The assassination of John F. Kennedy in Dallas, Texas, on November 22, 1963, has sparked a series of conspiracy theories because the results of the investigation were not completely clear and, on the contrary, cast further doubts and questions through of the years.

The facts or data of those and from where they perpetrated the murder do not coincide since the forensic evidence does not coincide with the position in which the shots were alleged and the findings of the autopsy to determine the entry and exit of the bullets. There are several conspiracy theories in which they try to explain, although in a somewhat speculative way, what were the real facts both in those who were involved and the reasons and what exactly happened.

 

Conspiracy Theories

  • The first is that there were two shooters and not one as determined in the investigation, and who murdered him shot from the ground next to the caravan of the president.
  • Another was established by Roger Stone, who has been associated with Trump for a long time, in which he accused the vice president and successor, Lyndon Johnson, of the murder. Stone works for the right-wing alternative website Infowars.

  • A fourth theory is that it was a revenge of Fidel Castro because JFK approved an operation known as the Bay of Pigs, where they wanted to overthrow Castro. In fact, there were more conspiracies to kill Castro after the Bay of Pigs and the Missile Crisis.   • Another fifth theory points out that it was a mafia crime in complicity with the CIA. It is based on the fact that at that time Robert Kennedy was the Attorney General and his priority was the fight against crime.

Some people understand that Kennedy was not the target, this theory is based on that supposedly wanted to kill the Governor of Texas, John Connally, who also, the first lady was also in the vehicle with the president. In fact, Connelly was shot and there is a statement from Oswald’s wife indicating that the target was Connelly.

 

Secret Reports about the Kennedy Assassination

According to Trump, only those that pose no risk or irreversible damage to national security will be exposed.

Republican Representative Walter Jones, who has called for the full publication of the archives, told CNN he spoke with Roger Stone for Trump to pressure not to block the revelación. Trump has made expressions accusing the father of Senator Ted Cruz, of being involved with the assassination. The experts are interested in knowing the agreements between the CIA and the Mexican government to mount this surveillance.

The documents reveal that in the trip to Mexico, Oswald requested a transit visa for Cuba on the way to the Soviet Union and when he did not get it, he became extremely angry. Another document reveals that shortly after Kennedy’s assassination in 1963, a call was received as a warning that someone was threatening to kill Oswald. Two days later, Oswald was killed by Jack Ruby.

The mayor of Dallas, Earle Cabell, at the time of the murder was a CIA asset since late 1956. Kennedy had fired his brother Charles from his position as deputy director of the CIA. A retired FBI agent, Zack Shelton, indicates that this fact may be a reason for what happened in Dallas and adds that Oswald did not act alone. Shelton indicates that in the 1980s he was an FBI agent in Chicago and that a supposed hired assassin, James Files, informed him that he was one of the armed men of Dallas and that he fired from the famous hill covered with grass. Many historians dismiss this statement, but Shelton believes it.

There are documents that mention a Giancana messenger, a former Chicago policeman, Richard Cain, who met with the CIA in Mexico, also informed the FBI. In a 1992 biography written by Giancana’s relatives, it is indicated that he had informed his younger brother, that Cain and Nicoletti, not Oswald, were in the Texas Book Store, from where Kennedy was shot.

It highlights an important archive where the then FBI director, J. Edgar Hoover, the day after the murder, said it was important to convince the public that the real murderer was Oswald. It is questionable that when an investigation has just begun, this determination will be reached if we study the facts and prove the case against Oswald. Hoover ran the FBI for 48 uninterrupted years and after his death, the president, Richard Nixon, limited the term of office to directors of the FBI to only 10 years. Several presidents of E.U. including Kennedy tried to dismiss him from office, without success. Hoover dedicated himself to investigating the private lives of presidents, artists, and athletes, extorting them and controlling them. He is accused of not investigating in depth the death of President Kennedy, or that of his brother, Robert F. Kennedy, in the latter allegedly ordered his employees to burn all evidence immediately. Hoover was linked to the murder of Martin Luther King Jr. He was a fierce anti-communist and anti-Semitic.

The latest on this issue is that Trump postponed until 2021 as the limit to reveal documents of the Kennedy assassination.

Conclusion

So far, what happened that day of the assassination of President Kennedy is a mystery. There are contradictions between the theories and the conclusion they reached about the assassination. It is necessary to reveal more files with which this case can be clarified that despite the time elapsed it remains in the public interest to resolve it.

Despite the documents that have been unveiled and those that continue to be published, it is unlikely that they will clarify the Kennedy assassination. So it is seen that it is a subject that will be debated for a century.

El asesinato de John F. Kennedy ocurrido en Dallas, Texas, el 22 de noviembre de 1963 ha despertado una serie de teorías conspirativas dado a que no quedaron completamente claros los resultados de la investigación y por el contrario, arrojó más dudas y cuestionamientos a través de los años.

No coinciden los hechos o datos de quienes y desde donde perpetraron el asesinato ya que las pruebas forenses no coinciden con la posición en que alegan se hicieron los disparos y los hallazgos de la autopsia para determinar la entrada y salida de las balas.  Por lo que se cuestiona que el acusado, Lee Harvey Oswald,  sea el verdadero asesino y el que solo hayan un solo francotirador, dado a las diferentes proyecciones de ruta de cada una de las balas que denotan que procedían de diferentes lugares.

Existen varias teorías conspirativas en las cuales se intenta explicar, aunque de forma un poco especulativa, cuáles fueron los hechos reales tanto en quienes estaban involucrados como los motivos y que fue lo que exactamente ocurrió.

 

Teorías Conspirativas

  • La primera es que hubo dos tiradores y no uno como determinaron en la investigación, y quien lo asesino disparo desde el suelo al lado de la caravana del presidente.
  • Otra fue establecida por Roger Stone, quien ha sido asociado con Trump por mucho tiempo, en la que acusa al vicepresidente y sucesor, Lyndon Johnson, del asesinato. Stone trabaja para el sitio web alternativo de estrecha derecha Infowars.
  • Otra tercera teoría es que la CIA estuvo involucrada en donde se alude a que alguien de la CIA fue quien disparó y otras que solo fueron culpables por omisión, ya que conocían del plan de asesinarlo y no tomaron medidas para evitarlo.
  • Una cuarta teoría es que fue una venganza de Fidel Castro porque JFK aprobó una operación conocida como bahía de Cochinos, en donde se quería derrocar a Castro. Al fallar la operación, Kennedy criticó a la CIA e hizo expresiones al periódico New York Times sobre quebrar a la CIA en miles de piezas y lanzarlas al viento. De hecho, hubo más conspiraciones para matar a Castro luego de lo de la Bahía de Cochinos y la Crisis de los Misiles. Asocian a Castro de su asesinato por lo antes expuestos y por los aprendizajes comunistas de Oswald.
  • Otra quinta teoría apunta que fue un crimen de la mafia en complicidad con la CIA. Se basa en que para ese tiempo Robert Kennedy era fiscal general y su prioridad era la lucha contra el crimen.

Hay quien entiende que Kennedy no era el objetivo, esta teoría se basa en que supuestamente querían matar al gobernador de Texas, John Connally, quien además, de la primera dama también estaba en el vehículo con el presidente. De hecho Connelly recibió disparos y existe una declaración de la esposa de Oswald que indica que el objetivo era Connelly.

 

Informes secretos sobre el asesinato de Kennedy

En 1992, durante la presidencia de George W. Bush, se firmó la Ley de Recopilación de Registro del Asesinato del presidente John F. Kennedy, en donde se exige la publicación de los registros para el año 2017.Es durante la presidencia de Donald Trump que se cumple el plazo de tiempo establecido para cumplir con la divulgación de dichos registros.

Trump libera alrededor de 2,894 informes secretos sobre el asesinato de Kennedy, pero decide dejar oculto el núcleo más sensible, aplazando la salida de los documentos más comprometedores con la seguridad nacional. Todo esto a instancia de recomendaciones de la CIA y el FBI. Alrededor de 200 informes no salieron a la luz porque se iban a someter a evaluación. Según Trump, se expondrán solo los que no supongan riesgo o un daño irreversible para la seguridad nacional.

El representante republicano, Walter Jones, quien ha pedido la publicación completa de los archivos, dijo en CNN que habló con Roger Stone para que presionara a Trump a que no bloquee la revelación.Trump ha hecho expresiones en donde acusa al padre del senador, Ted Cruz, de estar involucrado con el magnicidio. Relacionan al padre del senador, Rafael Cruz, dado a que aparecen fotos de él con Oswald. Alegan que luego del asesinato del presidente JFK, el Sr. Rafael Cruz fue exiliado a Canadá a trabajar para Bush Oil.

Es preciso indicar que tanto la CIA como el FBI les preocupaban que se expusieran la identidad de individuos que fueron “informantes” y que pueden estar vivos y el que se dieran detalles de actividades de apoyo a organizaciones extranjeras aliadas. Los historiadores pretendían obtener información relacionada al viaje a México de Oswald, seis semanas antes del asesinato.

Los archivos contienen información sobre el programa que uso la CIA para escuchar conversaciones de las embajadas de Cuba y la Unión Soviética en la capital mexicana. El archivo cronológico de esta vigilancia fue destruido, según indica un documento de marzo de 1978. Los expertos les interesan saber los acuerdos entre la CIA y el gobierno mexicano para montar  esa vigilancia.

Los documentos revelan que en el viaje a México, Oswald pidió visado de tránsito por Cuba de camino a la Unión Soviética y al no conseguirlo se enfadó extremadamente. En otro documento se desprende, que poco después del asesinato de Kennedy en 1963, se recibió una llamada alertando que alguien amenazaba con matar a Oswald. Dos días más tarde, Oswald fue asesinado por Jack Ruby.

El alcalde de Dallas, Earle Cabell, en el momento del asesinato era un activo de la CIA desde finales de 1956. Kennedy había despedido a su hermano Charles de su puesto de subdirector de la CIA. Un agente retirado del FBI, Zack Shelton, indica que este dato puede ser una razón por lo que sucedió en Dallas y añade que Oswald no actuó solo. Shelton indica que en los años 1980 era agente del FBI en Chicago y que un supuesto sicario, James Files, le informo que él fue uno de los hombres armados de Dallas y que disparó desde la famosa colina cubierta de césped. Muchos historiadores desestiman dicha declaración, pero Shelton cree la misma.

Existen unos documentos que mencionan a un mensajero de Giancana, un ex policía de Chicago, Richard Cain, quien se reunió con la CIA en México, también le informaba al FBI. En una biografía de 1992 escrita por los familiares de Giancana, se indica que éste le había informado a su hermano menor, que Cain y Nicoletti, no Oswald, estaban en el Almacén de Libros de Texas, desde donde le dispararon a Kennedy.

Se destaca un importante archivo donde el entonces director del FBI, J. Edgar Hoover, al otro día del asesinato, dijo que era importante convencer al público de que el verdadero asesino era Oswald. Es cuestionable el que apenas iniciada una investigación se llegue a esa determinación si estudiar los hechos y probar el caso contra Oswald. Hoover dirigió el FBI por 48 años ininterrumpidos y tras su muerte el presidente, Richard Nixon, limito el tiempo de mandato a directores del FBI a solo 10 años. Varios presidentes de E.U. incluyendo Kennedy, intentaron despedirlo del cargo, sin éxito. Hoover se dedicó a investigar la vida privada de presidentes, artistas y deportistas, extorsionándolos y controlándolos. Se le acusa de no investigar a profundidad la muerte del presidente Kennedy, ni la de su hermano, Robert F. Kennedy, en este último se alega ordeno a sus empleados a quemar de inmediato todas las evidencias. Hoover fue relacionado al asesinato de Martin Luther King Jr. Fue un feroz anti comunista y anti semita.

Lo último acontecido sobre este tema es que Trump postergó hasta el 2021 como límite para revelar documentos del asesinato de Kennedy.

 

Conclusión

Hasta el momento es un misterio lo que ocurrió ese día del asesinato del presidente Kennedy. Existen contradicciones entre las teorías y la conclusión a la cual llegaron sobre el magnicidio. Se requiere develar más archivos con los cuales se pueda esclarecer este caso que a pesar del tiempo transcurrido  permanece en  el interés público el que se  resuelva el mismo.

A pesar de los documentos que han sido develados y los que se continúan publicando es poco probable que esclarezcan el asesinato de Kennedy. Por lo que se vislumbra que es un tema que será debatido durante un siglo.
